Una mujer preocupada fue a su ginecólogo y le dijo:
“Doctor, tengo un problema grave y desesperadamente necesito su ayuda! Mi bebé no es ni siquiera un año de edad y estoy embarazada de nuevo. No quiero que los niños estén tan cerca el uno del otro.
Así que el doctor dijo: “Ok, y ¿qué quieres que haga?”
Ella dijo: ‘Quiero terminar mi embarazo, y estoy contando con su ayuda. “
El médico pensó un poco, y después de un momento de silencio, le dijo a la señora: “Creo que tengo una mejor solución para su problema y es menos peligroso para usted también. ”
Ella sonrió, pensando que el médico iba a aceptar su solicitud.
Luego continuó: “Usted ve, para no tener que cuidar a dos bebés al mismo tiempo, vamos a matar al que tiene en sus brazos. De esta manera, usted puede descansar un poco antes de que el otro nazca. Si vamos a matar a uno de ellos, no importa de cuál de los dos sea y además no habría ningún riesgo para su cuerpo si usted elige al que tiene en brazos.
La señora se horrorizó y le dijo: “No doctor! ¡Qué terrible! Es un crimen matar a un niño!
“Estoy de acuerdo”, respondió el médico. “Pero usted parecía estar bien con la idea, así que pensé que quizá esta era la mejor solución.”
El médico sonrió, dándose cuenta de que había hecho su punto.
Convenció a la madre de que no hay diferencia entre matar a un niño que ya ha nacido y matar al que todavía tenía en el útero.
El crimen es el mismo!

The lady was horrified and said: ‘No doctor! How terrible! It’s a crime to kill a child!

The doctor smiled, realizing that he had made his point.
He convinced the mom that there is no difference in killing a child that’s already been born and one that’s still in the womb.
